Welcome to year one of the Full Day Bilingual Kindergarten Program at Hilson. This year marks the beginning of the dual language program where students will spend half their days in English and the other half in French. Exploration and discovery will continue to be the main focus of the program in a positive, healthy and engaging, yet calm learning environment.
All new students to kindergarten and their parents will have the opportunity to meet their homeroom teacher and Early Childhood Educator at an intake interview. Intake interviews will take place on September 6th and September 7th, 2016. Please save the date and time of your interview. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Social Development and Health History form and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Both the interview time and form are included in a package mailed to new to Kindergarten families end of June. Please bring the form and the following list of supplies with you when you come for your meeting.
Sincerely,
Raquel Alves, Tara Barter, Marta Espinoza & Sabrin Saraj
The Kinder Team
